We Are Fathers

We Are Fathers

There aren't many words that will be needed that can add to the powerful point this video makes.  A friend of mine said this

Nothing says "Humanizing the Badge" like the things that make us the most fragile, angry and fearful. The most difficult days on the job are the ones that involve the innocents. The smallest and most helpless of our society are the ones that hurt us the most. Seeing something that reminds us of what we have at home makes for difficult feelings that few understand.

***STRONG DISCLAIMER: DO NOT WATCH WITH SMALL CHILDREN AROUND. DIFFICULT VIDEO***

  • Both videos are moving. I worked as a cop for 18 years and also came out when I was 28. My heartfelt sorrows to the officer and congrats to the twins. You stirred a lot of emotions in me so thank-you I survived both and you will too.

  • My heart breaks for the pain many of our officers must feel every moment of every day.
